  2. By entering the Competition, participating teams acknowledge that they have read and understood the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and agree to be bound by them. This term applies to all liabilities, losses, complaints, claims, compensation, expenses or similar matters of any third parties to which the Co-organisers may be subject as a result of such infringement.
  4. Entries must not contain any content that is obscene, indecent, violent or defamatory. The Co-organisers reserve the right to require participating teams to amend or remove any entry containing such content.
  5. If the Co-organisers find or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a participating team has committed any fraudulent act, they reserve the right to disqualify the team or revoke any prize(s).
  6. Participating teams acknowledge and agree to the Co-organiser’s ownership of photos, videos and/or audio recordings taken during the competition events or awards ceremony, as well as their personal data for future publicity purposes.
  7. The Co-organisers reserve the right to use, including but not limited to editing, deleting, copying, archiving, transmitting, publishing and displaying, all entries and their creative concepts for educational and promotional purposes. Participating teams grant the Co-organisers the right to use, broadcast, and edit their entries.
  8. The Co-organisers reserve the right to make the final decision on any disputes related to the competition.
